“The artist thus defines his world, establishes his laws and limits, creates his language and writes his discourse. This world, which presents itself with the technical resources that each era offers, is the result of work and the effort to see beyond the obvious and immediate. The real driving force behind this is the artist’s brain, which allows him to discern the fact or feeling to be depicted in the artwork. […] The universe that exists in the human brain reveals the social reality that surrounds us. Every human mind is a vital world and society a universe of ideas, the result of the aggregation of situations that generate relationships, creating channels of communication. Through art, their perception is improved. Each mind draws its profile and the reflection we perceive; hence the interest it has for me to see the message we receive and how we do it.



The work presented aims to bring out the lowest point beyond the line of our body in stasis (or in motion), that is the road, which takes on shapes and colors by mixing its essential elements: leaves, stones and footprints. The enthusiasm of the group from Bergamo, known for its installations, is well mirrored in this photographic work. It finds light as a “last footprint”, recalling fireflies and faires in the dark.



Artista e architetto spagnolo nato ad Alicante nel 1959, la formazione di Ángel Gambín Pallarés inizia presso lo studio di architettura di suo padre dove comincia a disegnare all’età di 4 anni.
A 15 anni inizia a frequentare la scuola di disegno delle arti applicate di Alicante e a 18 comincia a studiare architettura.
Negli anni ‘80 parallelamente alla sua attività di architetto continua a disegnare definendo le sue opere esteticamente verso l’espressionismo, prima più astratto poi più figurativo, a partire dagli anni ‘90. La sua opera artistica più importante è la Pala d’Altare della chiesa “Cristo Resuscitado” al centro ecumenico di Orihuela-Alicante, progettata da lui stesso in qualità di architetto.



Spanish artist and architect born in Alicante in 1959, Ángel Gambín Pallarés’ training began in his father’s architectural studio where he began drawing at the age of 4.
At the age of 15 he started attending the design school of applied arts in Alicante and at 18 he started studying architecture.
In the 80s, parallel to his activity as an architect, he continued to draw, defining his works aesthetically towards expressionism, first more abstract then more figurative, starting from the 90s. His most important artwork is the Altarpiece of the “Cristo Resuscitado” church at the Orihuela-Alicante ecumenical center, designed by himself as an architect.
